Who can submit a review
Any registered account, verified or not, can submit a review for a vehicle logged in My Garage. Unverified reviews are published and fully counted, just visibly labeled "Unverified" so readers know ownership wasn't independently confirmed — it's a transparency label, not a rejection.
What a review needs to include
- At least 150 words.
- At least 3 distinct aspects covered — pick from reliability, comfort, value, performance, tech, styling, running costs.
- How long and how many miles/km you've owned or driven the vehicle.
- Both something you like and something you'd change — reviews that are entirely one-sided are sent back for balance.
Step by step: submitting
- Log the vehicle in My Garage if you haven't already.
- From the vehicle's listing or your Garage entry, select "Write a review."
- Write your review covering the required aspects; optionally attach up to 5 photos.
- Submit — it enters the moderation queue described in the Community Review Moderation Workflow.
- You'll get an email when it's published, returned for changes, or rejected with a reason.
Editing a published review
You can edit your own review at any time from your account's "My Reviews" page. Edits don't restart the full moderation queue — they trigger a fast automated compliance check (same spam/policy filters as new submissions) and typically go live within minutes unless the edit trips a flag, in which case it's routed to a human moderator.
