What we can and can't tell you

Our content is written for people researching a specific purchase, finance or maintenance decision, so that is the context a placement sits in. What we don't publish here are audience figures — traffic, subscriber counts, demographic breakdowns or engagement rates — because we don't have independently verified numbers to stand behind, and quoting unverified ones would be exactly the kind of claim we tell readers to distrust. Placements can be targeted by section (buying guides, EV/green tech, maintenance) or region.

How placements are sold

  • By section — target readers actively researching a specific topic (e.g. EV buyers, maintenance DIYers)
  • By region — US, UK, or India editions, individually or combined
  • By format — standard IAB display sizes, native units matched to article layout, or dedicated sponsored content
  • By campaign length — standard flight dates or always-on evergreen placements

Sponsored articles are written to the same accuracy standard as editorial content — no fabricated claims — but are clearly labelled "Sponsored" or "Partner content" and don't carry the same independent-review scoring as unpaid articles. Sponsors can review sponsored copy for factual accuracy about their own product; they don't get input on unrelated editorial content.

What advertising cannot buy

Advertising spend does not buy a higher ranking position, a more favorable review score, or editorial approval rights over independent articles.

Getting a quote

  1. Email info@truemotionauto.com with your target section, region, format and flight dates.
  2. We'll tell you what inventory is actually available and what it would cost.
  3. For sponsored content, we agree a clear scope up front covering what's included and exactly how it will be labelled.

There is no self-serve booking system and no form to fill in; every enquiry is handled by email.
