Ram
Ram split from Dodge in 2009 and promptly redefined what a pickup interior could be — the 1500's upper trims brought open-pore wood and air suspension to the work-truck class and forced Ford and Chevy to follow. The Hurricane straight-six era replaced the Hemi V8 (to loyalist grief), the Cummins diesel HD trucks remain towing royalty, and the electric and range-extended 1500s cover the new-energy flank. Ram's blend of ride comfort and cabin luxury still leads the segment; resale and reliability sit solidly midfield.
