Each saved search (up to 25 per account) can alert instantly or as a daily digest; even if a search gets 10 new matches in one day, you'll receive one bundled email, not ten. Matches are checked against your exact saved filters (price, body style, mileage, radius), and a search stops alerting automatically if it goes 90 days with no matches, though it stays saved for manual reactivation.

How matching works
A saved search stores your exact filter set — price range, body style, mileage, trim, distance radius, and any other criteria used at the time you saved it. New or updated listings are checked against that filter continuously; nothing is loosened or "close enough" matched without your input.
Delivery and bundling
- Choose instant or daily-digest delivery independently for each saved search.
- Instant delivery still bundles same-day matches into a single email — a search returning 4 new listings in an hour produces one email listing all 4, not four separate ones.
- The daily digest, if you use it instead, consolidates all your saved searches with matches into one email per day rather than one per search.
Managing 25 saved searches without chaos
The 25-search cap is enforced per account; hitting it requires either deleting an old search or merging overlapping ones. The saved search dashboard flags searches with heavily overlapping criteria so you can consolidate rather than accidentally tracking near-duplicates.
Auto-pause for stale searches
A saved search that returns zero matches for 90 consecutive days — typically because criteria are too narrow for current inventory — is automatically paused rather than continuing to check indefinitely. It remains visible and can be reactivated or edited at any time; nothing is deleted.
Editing a saved search's criteria resets its match history — you may briefly see listings re-flagged as "new" that you'd already seen under the old criteria.
